Edgewood ISD invited Leslie and Scott Milder to speak at our convocation as well as introduce the Ambassador program to our Edgewood ISD staff. It was from this meeting that we launched the discussion of our vision for a strategic plan. Fortunately, EISD was able to engage the services of Friends Consulting Group, specifically Dr. Scott Niven, and we began the collaboration process.

If you’ve ever taken any advice from me to heart, take this as the best I could ever give. I hired the Friends Consulting Group to take over all of my construction oversight and they have saved us millions of dollars just by reviewing and re-negotiating construction contracts, architecture contracts, and sub-consultant contracts.
